The Kleinsleep Organic Mattress Collection

We warrant that our American-made mattresses will be free from defects, workmanship, and materials for a NON-PRORATED period of 15 years.

Kleinsleep’s fifteen (15) year warranty is the simplest in the industry, with no fine print. A 15-year non-prorated warranty means that your mattress does not lose value each year as other brands do. If your mattress is not wearing properly within 15 years of delivery, you are entitled to a 100% credit towards a new mattress. If deemed defective, Kleinsleep will replace your mattress with a brand new one of equal value. Depending upon the location, you may be responsible for the transportation costs at a maximum of $99 each way.

Your warranty is valid if the mattress has been used on a platform bed or a foundation-style box spring. Metal bed frames require at least five or six legs in queen or king size to support the center of the bed. Twin and full metal bed frames require four legs.

The Warranty does not apply if bedding has been stained, burned,  abused, or damaged.

Your Kleinsleep warranty is valid only to the original purchaser.

Your mattress will settle less than the industry average due to its higher quality and the fact that we pre-compress the layers so that they won’t settle much more with use. As with all premium sleep products, certain body conformity will occur as your mattress adjusts to your particular body shape, this is especially true when the mattress is brand new as the initial settling/breaking-in needs to occur. This is to be expected and is part of the performance of your mattress. Body impressions greater than 1″ are covered by the warranty.
